The monitoring and the evaluation of the activities will be held by:

  • Making sure that all partners will participate in common meetings;
  • Being in often communication via phone, emails and Skype;
  • Defining an individual to organise and remind the dates of every meeting and activity in each region;
  • Adopting the specific axes of the initial and final evaluation, concerning the procedure and the achievement of the project aims;
  • Analyzing the evaluation reports of every interregional meeting;
  • Gathering all the material published by the media (e.g. newspapers, videos, blog pages etc.);
  • A final questionnaire for evaluating the results and the outcomes of the project; The questionnaire will be uploaded into the Lime survey so that the results of the evaluation will be accessible by every individual;
  • All information and outcomes which will be uploaded into the website and will be displayed in the two days final event (conference).
